Code of Conduct

Etihad Park is a place for all of New York City. Our Code of Conduct protects the right of every fan, staff member, and visitor to enjoy events in a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. By entering, all visitors agree to abide by this policy.

  1. Behaviour Standards

All attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others. Behavior that interferes with the experience of other fans — including abusive language, fighting, or harassment of any kind — will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.

  2. Prohibited Items

Certain items are not permitted inside Etihad Park. Please review our full prohibited items list before attending your event. VIEW BAG POLICY

  3. Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the venue. Etihad Park reserves the right to refuse service and to remove any patron who appears intoxicated or whose behavior is affected by alcohol. It is a violation of law to consume alcohol under the legal drinking age.

  4. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside Etihad Park, including all concourses, seating areas, suites, and hospitality spaces. Designated outdoor areas will be communicated on event day.

  5. Re-Entry

Re-entry policies vary by event. Please check your event listing or ticket confirmation for the specific re-entry policy that applies to your event.

  6. Ejection and Removal

Etihad Park staff and security are authorised to eject any attendee who violates this code of conduct. Ejected individuals are not entitled to a refund. Serious or repeat violations may result in a ban from future events.
